(1) The federal parliament will make necessary laws to maintain coordination between the union, state and local levels.
(2) To maintain coordination between provinces, rural municipalities or municipalities, and if any political dispute arises, the provincial assembly can resolve such disputes in coordination with the relevant rural municipality, municipality and district coordination committee.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the process and procedures for resolving disputes shall be in accordance with the law of the province.
